A few simple guidelines so every guest enjoys a calm, uninterrupted visit.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to settle in, complete a brief intake form, and enjoy a cup of tea. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next guest’s reservation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation or change. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. No-shows are charged the full service price.

A Quiet Sanctuary

To preserve a serene environment, we ask that phones be silenced and conversations kept low. Our suites and waiting lounge are reserved for guests with appointments.

Personal Items

Lockers are provided for your belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home  Bodyworks. Thai is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Age Requirements

Guests must be 16 years or older to receive services. Guests under 18 require a parent or guardian to sign consent and be present for the duration of the treatment.

Pregnancy

Expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters are welcome to enjoy our prenatal massage. We do not perform massage during the first trimester.

Payment & Gratuity

We accept all major credit cards, gift cards, and cash. Gratuity is at your discretion and may be added to your final bill or given directly to your therapist.

Group Bookings

Parties & private events

For groups of 4 or more, please book at least 7 days in advance, and you may require a credit card to hold the reservation.

Gift Cards

Redemption

Gift cards never expire and are redeemable toward any service or product. Please present the card or code at the time of service.
